At Everlyfe, each sculpture is created as a personalised tribute based on the photograph and details provided by the customer. Because every piece is made specifically to order, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of the product.

Personalised Products

Everlyfe sculptures are custom-made based on the photograph and information submitted at the time of order. As each piece is individually modelled, produced and finished, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of damage during delivery or a verified manufacturing fault.

Likeness and Artistic Interpretation

Each Everlyfe sculpture is created using digital modelling, artistic refinement and precision 3D printing based on the photograph provided by the customer.

While we take great care to produce a faithful and respectful likeness, the final sculpture represents an artistic interpretation derived from the available photograph. The quality, angle and clarity of the image supplied may influence the level of detail that can be achieved.

By placing an order with Everlyfe, customers acknowledge and accept that the finished sculpture is a personalised interpretation created from the photograph submitted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Everlyfe sculpture arrives damaged or there is a verified manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with resolving the issue, we may request photographs of the damage or defect. Where appropriate, Everlyfe will arrange a replacement of the sculpture.

Changes or Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once the modelling or production process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
