Your Information

When you place an order through our website, we may ask you to provide certain information such as your name, email address, telephone number, delivery details and a photograph of the person you wish to commemorate. This information is required to process your order and to create your personalised Everlyfe sculpture.

The photograph and details you provide are used solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order and communicating with you about the status of your purchase. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, delivery services).

All information submitted through our website is transmitted using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). This is a standard security technology used to establish an encrypted link between a web server and a browser, ensuring that any data passed between them remains private and secure.

Your personal data is stored securely within systems hosted in the European Union. Our hosting providers and technical partners are themselves GDPR compliant and operate industry-standard security protocols to protect the information stored on their platforms.

Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorised Everlyfe staff who require it in order to process and fulfil your order. Staff members receive training on the correct handling of personal data and access is controlled through secure authentication systems.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. After this period, the data is securely deleted from our systems.

Use of Photographs

As part of the Everlyfe service, customers may upload a photograph of the person they wish to commemorate. This photograph is used solely for the purpose of creating the personalised Everlyfe sculpture ordered by the customer.

By submitting a photograph through our website, you confirm that you have the appropriate permission or authority to provide and use the image for this purpose.

The photograph is used only by the Everlyfe team and authorised production partners involved in the modelling and creation of the sculpture. It will not be used for any other purpose unless explicit permission has been provided by the customer.

Uploaded photographs are stored securely within our systems and are retained only for as long as necessary to complete the order and provide customer support. After this period, they are securely removed from our production systems.

Everlyfe will never publish or use a customer’s photograph or the resulting sculpture for marketing, promotional material or public display without prior consent.

Image Rights and Permissions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights, permissions or authority to upload and use any photograph submitted to Everlyfe.

By submitting a photograph through our website, you confirm that you either own the rights to the image or have obtained permission from the copyright holder or relevant parties to use the photograph for the purpose of creating a personalised Everlyfe sculpture.

Everlyfe accepts no responsibility for any copyright infringement arising from images submitted by customers without the necessary permissions.

If Everlyfe becomes aware that an uploaded image may infringe the rights of a third party, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order until appropriate permissions are confirmed.

Your Rights

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, Everlyfe will follow GDPR requirements and notify the appropriate supervisory authority within 72 hours where required. If the breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights or privacy, we will also notify you directly.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to:
